I, Takahashi Rin, Lord-Lady of the Hidden Realm, heeding the sincere desires of my people, and to secure the continued stability of said realm have determined that it is time I took a husband. Accordingly, I have decided on a bride-price of an unmarred pelt of a byakko taken in single combat in front of at least one witness. The first man, regardless of his station, who can bring such to me, I shall wed. {OOC: Here's the link to Bob's thread on the byakko first-zaidan-specific-monster}

Hmmm, looks like I'll have to make up a 3.5 version of the beast.

Takahashi Rin - Tkh (Maggie) This husband you seek, would you accede to this man being a consort who splits his time between your court and anothers, but is himself still an active part of another clan? Or do you plan to add him to your court as a character? Lets just say at least one person in my family tree wants to attempt the feat and vie for your hand.

In case it gets referred to me, either arrangement is acceptable, though if he were shared character then he would still only get the normal number of actions, so some sort of time sharing arrangement would have to be figured out. If it is your regent, then it would just be considered a really close alliance, though having a joint heir might mess things up for one player somewhere down the road.

I was considering my current heir, Takeru, which is my lieutenant and full cousin. I have a child and a younger brother who can take over as heir when they mature. Takeru can be my lieutenant and her consort. Which would make for some pretty interesting Tale of the Heike level stuff down the road, without giving us directly shared heirs. Plus, Takeru is a lvl 7 Kashin, he should be pretty good at the hunt itself. My regent is currently is a widower himself but the political consequences of such a marriage are a bit grand. Alternatively I have a far cousin and an adopted direct cousin who are more than willing to try but, I just checked, respectively 17 and 16, haha

when he known your decision, the ambassador in the abe court for the Watanabe Clan, give a little advise : try to be prudently ... the big tiger is very tough to crush...

Not really. I had just figured he would be some NPC in my court the way you guys' wives are. I'm not sure if I like the idea of him being somebody else's lieutenant though, that just seems like an obvious spy to me.

Eh. My wife is pretty dead. As such as an NPC she's of mediocre usefulness. Politically I'd still like a familymember to make a try for it. The reason I suggested Takeru is because he is more than capable. All the Abe in my SR are in some sort of offcial function. I don't know if I can send one of my family members that just exists in my familytree. Ps. I just figured out that the two others I had in mind are planned to be used for specific goals. ( Bob (DM) Ok if I expand a bit on the cousin-twice-removed bit of my familytree so we have a minor Abe familymember to make a go at this?)
