I've been reading through the website, particularly the building section.
Questions/comments.
From the different prices for wood vs. stone I am assuming that they will be impacted by different events and it is part of your game plan for events to be regular?
The Grand Basilica, is the "The owner can cast 1 Lvl-1 realm spell (chosen when first built) as a free action." Considering that casting a realm spell is already a free action I am assuming that there is some other intention to this effect.
The Marketplace is too powerful for it's cost. Perhaps append to the effect "for the purposes of gold and regency generation only."

You are correct with regards to the Basilica, it needs to be reworded. It should be "without having to prepare it".
And again, that was the intent of the marketplace, that it applies only for GB generation (since trade holdings do not generate RP). If you check your Holds & Assets sheet you will see that a marketplace increases the EHL (Effective Holding Level).
Thanks for pointing these out, I will make the appropriate corrections.

Rule Holding and Contest Holding both have Advantage/Resistance [Law] vs. non-law.
Contested Rule doesn't.
Considering that Contested Rule looks like a combination of Rule Holding and Contest Holding I'm not sure of the reason for the different removal of the law advantage/resistance.

Also ARCANE INVESTITURE [Magic: Realm] is broken when compared to the normal contest + rule combo, and also when compared to a Temple Regent performing a Recognition/Divestiture ceremony for themselves (or someone else).
1) It doesn't require a temple regent and an investiture spell to be cast.
2) It doesn't require active control of the holding, only presence.
3) It's cheap at 3x Holding level RP vs. 2GB + 2x Holding level RP (which would be 10 RP + 2x Holding level RP under the GB to RP substitution).
4) It's redundant, the Investiture spell and ceremony already cover Source holdings. If you want Wizards to be able perform Investiture then just give them a Source only investiture spell.
5) It's also a damn sight cheaper and easier than contesting and ruling, both in GB, RP and action cost.
My suggestion scrap it, entirely.

Yeah, but I just noticed it doesn't work right on a smaller screen - have to put in the scroll bars which means resizing things.
Oh well, live and learn, right?

Updates to the House Rules site: I have added a section for Events, also one for the rules of warfare, at this point only the rules for sieges has been added, but more will follow as I write it.
In addition I have added pages for Tsoan units and ships.
